This office was designed to feel less like a typical corporate space and more like a place people actually want to spend their day in.

The idea was simple-bring warmth, ease, and a sense of calm into a fast-paced tech environment.

Right from the entrance, the reception doubles up as a lounge. Instead of a formal waiting area, there’s soft seating wrapped around planters, warm lighting, and a more relaxed, welcoming vibe. It sets the tone for everything that follows.

The main workspace is open and efficient, but not harsh. Workstations are softened with greenery and wood, so even though it’s a high-functioning space, it doesn’t feel overwhelming. There’s a balance between focus and openness.

Across the office, breakout spots and tiered seating create moments to pause, have quick conversations, or just step away from the desk. These aren’t add-ons, they’re an important part of how the space works day to day.

The boardroom is more controlled and focused, designed for longer discussions and meetings, while the wellness room offers a quieter corner to reset when needed.

The tea point is treated like a small café- informal, easy, and a place where people naturally gather.

The material palette stays warm and grounded-wood, greens, and soft textures-layered with subtle hints of the brand’s blue to tie everything together.

Overall, the space is about making work feel a little more human-comfortable, flexible, and easy to be in.
